Welcome to Clockd. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use Clockd to break the law, infringe on anyone's rights, or to probe or disrupt the service.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. If a charge fails we'll try again before suspending access. You can cancel at any time from Settings.

4. Termination

We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time; data is retained per our retention policy described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Liability

Clockd is provided "as is" without warranty. Our aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the update.
